MiniPIA - Tourism: non-repayable grants for land revaluation
In light of the growing trend related to tourism, the Apulia Region decides to support businesses - from micro to large - with the aim of raising quality standards in the area, expanding the range of services offered and actively contributing to the deseasonalization of tourism, assisting in parallel with the lowering of the unemployment rate.
A month after the publication on the official website of the Apulia Region of the notice regarding the "Integrated Facilitation Programs" PIA - Tourism, as of April 26, 2024, the long-awaited MiniPIA - Tourism notice has officially come into effect.
The latter, compared to the PIA -Tourism, is aimed at a broader audience of investors: the minimum requirements for accessing the call are easier (for example, a minimum accommodation capacity of 5 rooms is required, not 7), as is the minimum budget for accessing the investment.
The facilities consist of a non-repayable grant of up to 50 percent and can be accessed by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as business networks and consortia.
Once again the stars of these calls are unfinished and abandoned structures, existing hotel structures, but also and especially properties of historical interest.
Symphonya Luxury Real Estate, thanks to many years of experience in the real estate sector and close partnerships with some of the most renowned professionals in the area, supports its clients throughout the process from property acquisition to access to funds, actively contributing to the development of the area.
